| Manila Schools Division Superintendent Rita E. Riddle released Division Memorandum 391 s. 2024 stating the conduct of Saturday make-up classes to fill in for the past suspensions due to the inclement weather in the City.

Furthermore, the first academic quarter examinations will be moved to September 27 to 28, 2024.

Malacañan suspends classes tomorrow ,Sept. 3 in public schools and works in government offices in NCR and Region IV-A due to the inclement weather brought about by Tropical Storm “Enteng".

The suspension of work and classes for private schools, companies, and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan joined the flag ceremony as the opening of classes resumes today, July 29.

"Pagbutihin ang inyong pagaaral , magtapos at magpursigi" Mayor Lacuna stated in her speech this morning.

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness to announce the death of our beloved faculty member, Mr. Jonathan Bataller at 12 pm today.

The entire EQHS community would like to extend its sincere condolences to the bereaved family and may his soul rest in peace.

𝑌𝑜𝑢 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑝 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑠𝑜𝑤.

A total of 355 completers attended the EQHS’ Moving Up Ceremony held at the STI College Academic Center earlier today, May 29.

With its theme, “ Kabataang Pilipino Para sa Matatag na kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas”, the rites focused on celebrating the learners' achievements throughout their junior high school journey.

Frances Margaux Delos Santos, who received the With High Honors, challenged her fellow completers to be part of the solutions rather than the problems during her speech of gratitude at the said event.

Delos Santos also reminded her fellow completers that it is always okay to ask for help whenever needed.

She also paid tribute to her mentors, teachers, and mom, who helped her in her junior high school journey.

The annual ceremony became more meaningful when Engr. Dave R. Domingo, the Alumni Association President gave his talk to the completers.

Domingo highlighted the importance of having a stronger connection with the Lord for them, (completers) to achieve their goals.

“Bagong Kabataan na sumusunod sa Diyos para magkaroon ng bagong Pilipinas” he added.

Mrs. Maria Teresa A. Custodio, the school principal echoed the message of Hon. Sara Z, Duterte- Carpio, Vice president of the Republic of the Philippines.

Also present at the event is Dr. Ebenezer A. Beloy, CID Chief Education Supervisor who confirmed this year’s completers.

Bruno Mars’ “Today, My Life Begins ” served as batch 2023-204 moving up song.

The said rites ended with the students singing “Thanks to you ” to show appreciation to their parents and guardians.
