The Concert Kid is a reliable source of news for avid gig-goers in Southeast Asia, providing the latest information on international concerts in the region since its launch in September 2012.
The site was founded after the founder “accident” become a casual music event photographer in 2007.

We are based in Saigon, Vietnam.
What we do?
We post information on upcoming international concerts in SEA. Following that, we publicize them through our socials (Facebook & Instagram) and photograph and / or review these shows where possible as part of our ongoing initiative to document the thriving live music scene.

Do you earn any money from the website?
No, we don’t.
The Concert Kid remains an independent, ad-free, and not-for-profit site to this day.
All costs to run the website have been paid for entirely from our own pockets, because it has never been a goal for us to make a profit.
It is our little way of giving back to the community.
However, if you would like to make a donation to help cover some of our costs and expenses, please drop us a line.
Can I write or photograph for the website?
We are always on the lookout for individuals who are committed and passionate about what they do to join the team although we don’t hire new contributors often.

Our focus is on listing and covering concerts, even.
