While doing this kind of work, we need to have wrist strength (to be able to lift body weight, to be able to balance) and to be in sufficient condition!
While exercising, we need to listen to your body, no matter what work, we should take care not to lose it while gaining health 👍
⭕️ we can do the work done on the sofa on the floor
⭕️ if there is no weight, we can use water-filled bottles instead
⭕️What do we do if we have a fat body or our body is weak yet?
we will walk / dance, we will strengthen the musculoskeletal system and adapt the body to work👍

YES! The transition to motherhood is an IDENTITY SHIFT.
You may have heard this many times before or you might be experiencing it right now for the first time after birth.
Having a baby and taking on your new motherhood role is life-changing. Nothing will ever be EXACTLY as it was before…but that’s not a bad thing. Because it means living, learning, and GROWING. 🌱
Sometimes we struggle with the identity shift because it pulls us in ALL directions...and makes us feel lost.
➡️Trying to keep up with all the expectations, struggling with more conflict in our relationships, losing touch with friends from the past, balancing raising children with pursuing our hobbies and goals and simply learning to do it all while finding time to care for ourselves!
👉🏽This last one is a BIG one. So many of you have named this one a top challenge…you're not alone.
I struggled with this for YEARS as a mom of three. My babies were my priority from the start - I wanted to make sure all their needs were met and more. But in the process, I forgot about myself. My physical health, mental health and all. It made the journey more of a struggle than it needed to be. Because my identity was only tied to my babies. And while they were my everything, I knew I was missing something.
🤯 I expected the balance to just happen. But the truth is, balance is not something that finds you…it’s something that YOU must find.
