We 💜 microgreens, especially the glorious greens grown by Matt at !! He has been supplying solv with local veggies since day 1 and we could not be more thankful. So, we’ve teamed up to take his greens from garnish to full blown salad with a selection of our mindfully crafted dressings. We’re stoked to feature Nashville’s oil in the Spring Squash too!! Head down to the Nashville Farmers Market on Rosa Parks Blvd and let us know what flavor is your fav!! (Ps. Next week we’re out with the Spring Squash and in with the Strawberry Balsalmic!!)

We couldn’t be more stoked to collaborate with some fellow food loving women for this event!! We’ll be cookin’ up a big ole family style meal with so you can guarantee it’ll be oh so good.

Holy moly we're busy gals and LOVING IT. You've got plenty of chances to come out and get a taste of our food this July. No excuses to not come and say hi to us!!
First up! Tomorrow! We'll be at the pavilion on Fatherland St. in East Nashville with Cold Lunch Recordings, our friends at Baby J's, Okey Dokey, Harpooner, Fort Houston, and so so many more lovely people we can't wait to meet. It'll be a good day.
As always, our food is completely vegan and sourced from Nashville's local farms. Shout out to Bells Bend Farms for the sweetest carrots we've ever tasted, Sugar Camp Farm for the cutest lil cabbages, & all the other amazing farmers that make this the most rewarding job in the world.
