We are an independent farmer-owned cooperative dedicated to producing some of the fairest, cleanest, and highest-quality Arabica coffees of Lam D**g

Our coffee is produced on the mountainside of Lang Biang Mountain. At an elevation of 1600 meters, our beans experience a slower ripening season than "low-grown" Arabica coffee. This slow development leads to a more complex development in the cup and creates a fine cup which is rare to find in Vietnam. In our farms you will find a mixture of Arabica var. Bourbon, Arabica var. Typica, Arabica var.

Catuai, Arabica var. Caturra, and Arabusta Catimor. All of our coffees are fully-washed and dried on raised-bed, African-style drying tables. Please contact us for samples or purchase inquiries.
