A culinary event named "Taste Sweden - Qua chieu" was held in commemoration of the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Sweden and Vietnam.

At the event, participants were invited to try fusion dishes inspired by Vietnamese and Swedish cuisine, such as Vietnamese banh mi stuffed with Swedish meatballs and beetroot salad; Swedish sausage wrapped in Vietnamese pancake; and Swedish hamburger made of Vietnamese ingredients.

On April 13, in Hanoi, the Embassy of Sweden to Vietnam held a culinary event named "Taste Sweden - Qua chieu," where participants were invited to try fusion dishes inspired by Vietnamese and Swedish cuisine.

Lavonne Bosman is a South African photographer. She majored in Drama at the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa). In 2016, Lavonne earned a residency at SMArt (Sustainable Mountain Art), a program that raised awareness on specific challenges affecting mountain regions such as climate change.

Now, as a member of Vietnam in Focus Tours, Lavonne leads tourists on photo expeditions throughout northern Vietnam. ️🎉️🎉
