Edible Indy Eats Edible Bugs at Food Con
Edible Indy had a blast at the 11th Annual Food Con at the Harrison Center in downtown Indianapolis. The event captured the perhaps more unconventional side of the food, arts and culture in Indianapolis including edible bugs, beekeeping, chickens, cooking on your car engine, cheesemaking, mushroom music, aquaponics, food desert education, food preservation techniques, vertical gardening, and more.
You can also check out First Fridays at the Harrison Center; Every First Friday of the Month from 6-9 PM, you can visit the open galleries full of cool, original art- the perfect date night to get your culture on.

Colts 2024 Season Menu Line-Up
The Indianapolis Indianapolis Colts kick off the pre-season against the Denver Broncos, and the line up is looking pretty tasty... the food line-up that is. 🤩 Edible went behind the scenes for a taste of the 2024 Season Menu, cultivated by Colts new Executive Chef, Ryan Robinson. Whether you're cheering the Colts on from the regular seats or up in the suites, one thing is for sure, we are all going to be eatin' good.
