I've been thinking about going full time knifemaking for a while now but never felt I was in a position to do it. Well, I got laid off so today is the day. Starting next week I will be diving head first into making knives full time. Spread the word, buy some knives, share the work, everything helps.

Had a L.A.B. Golf putter head and some hosels in for a Cerakote graphite black treatment. Witness/alignment line lasered.

Did a bit of crack and chip repair to this Browning BT99 stock. Removed some scratches and refinished. A bit late for the start of the trap season but should be good to go for years to come!

Tossed this kershaw leek on today and turned out pretty good.

Lesson learned: Remove scales, tape off blade, leave blade out, or just get better at framing. One small mark on the blade that poked through a screw hole.

Was pretty happy with the alignment and white mark on black anodizing (looks off white in first picture due to lighting). Drop it into an upper and… glad I only did the one first and not all of them. Good thing this was a practice piece for getting white on black settings. Multiple lessons learned.

Here’s one from the weekend using Cerakote gold, burnt bronze, midnight bronze and graphite black. The initial assembly looks good. On to the final assembly.

The vinyl cutter did a nice job with the stencils and the Light Armor Ovens la5000b provided plenty of space.
