Stop over thinking and just post something to your page. Tell us about a new service, share a client testimony, ask your customers a question…keep it simple✌🏻
Perfection will stop your action. So do your best, speak clearly, write properly, get a clear visual, and have a reason for your post…and then…POST IT!
Stop waiting to be perfect….
Perfect is boring🤪
Facebook may not be new but for a lot of us, our potential audience/clientele is still over there. So let’s talk about ways we can maximize our efforts over there!
Profile Photo: if you have a logo- I suggest using it. It’ll really help with brand awareness. If you are the face of your business, make sure you have a clear photo of just you!
Cover photo- if you have products, this is a great place to do a collage of some sort. If you are more of a service based business, treat your cover photo like a business card- have the most important contact info front and center.
About section: with the new Meta changes, you can no longer have a novel in the about section. So most profiles I see, need to go edit that section and condense their wording. Double check that your phone number is correct, email address, hours of operation, etc..
Social Media 101: Let’s talk about 3 things you can do with your business’ social media marketing.
1. If you have an IG page you should absolutely have an FB page. Utilize the Meta Business Suite when starting out so that you can prioritize your time and get a feel for how it all works. Social Media CAN be an overwhelming marketing tool so start simple at first while you learn.
2. Pinned Posts: both FB & IG have a pinned post feature. Click the dots in the corner of your post to pin them- which just means that they are at the top of your profile. These pinned posts are great for Introductions, Promos, new services, how to contact you, etc…
3. Daily Engagement: it’s very common to forget that your business page should be liking, commenting on and sharing other people’s content. This gets your business more reach and larger audiences to cater to! So dedicate time everyday, even if it’s just 5 minutes to start, where you are intensional on your business page!

Wednesday Social Media 101 Coaching- advice for the business starting out Social Media Marketing.
Let’s talk mindset and then how much to post a week.
I’m not saying going viral is bad. What I am saying, is that you don’t need to worry about it. Stop thinking about follower count, stop getting down on yourself that your stats aren’t as high as so & so. Create quality content for the audience that you have now and be purposeful when thinking about new followers coming to your page🥰#socialmediatips #socialmediamarketing #helpingsmallbusinesses #smallbusinesstips #mompreneur #ceomom #wahm #yubasuttersmallbusiness #yubasuttersocialmediamarketing
Experts estimate that between 150,000 and 500,000 accounts are hacked on Facebook and Instagram EVERY DAY.
And what’s even more surprising is that most people don’t realize they’re victims.
In the latest round of hacks, cyber criminals gain access to your account and install third party applications to spam direct messages to unsuspecting Instagram users from your account.
These messages often include links to malware, financial scams, password phishing attempts and more.
Here’s What You Need to Do to Protect Yourself. Do These Steps NOW:
➡️Enable 2-factor authentication immediately on your Instagram account (join our live event on Tuesday to learn how!)
➡️Double-check to make sure 2-factor authentication has also been enabled on the email associated with your account
➡️Download a code authentication app (such as from Google or Microsoft) that will let you gain access in the event that your phone is lost or stolen or you change your number.
➡️NEVER click on a link sent via direct message from Instagram. Instagram will NEVER contact you on the app.
➡️Never repeat passwords or answers to security questions. Use password-protection apps like Dashlane, 1Password or LastPass to store and encrypt all of your accounts.
You’ve invested a lot of time, creativity and resources into growing your Instagram account. No matter how small it is, it’s incredibly valuable and you should protect it!
ps.
You can do everything right and have anything in place, but hacking is something can happen to anyone. So just pay attention and do what you can!
