FRIENDS OF NAPA COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER: https://friendsofnapaanimals.org/
They assist animals facing adoption barriers by covering medical and behavioral care costs. Additionally, they support adoptive families during costly medical emergencies, ensuring they can keep their pets. Friends of Napa County Animal Shelter also fills the Pet Food Pantry on a regular basis and provides treats and toys to the animal shelter.

Napa bunnies is a volunteer-based nonprofit with an overall goal of improving the lives of rabbits and reducing the number of unwanted rabbits through education and spay/neuter efforts. They also focus on the education of proper care for rabbits.

Napa CART's mission includes educating the public on animal disaster preparedness, aiding Emergency Services in animal care during disasters, and training responders and volunteers in animal rescue. Volunteers support animals during wildfires, setting up seasonal shelters for large and companion animals.
NAPA HUMANE: https://napahumane.org/
They are the sole provider of regular below-market rate spay/neuter and receive no government funding. Napa Humane provides vaccines, microchips, and pet wellness. They also give educational materials to children teaching them how to be friends to animals.
NAPA WILDLIFE RESCUE: https://www.napawildliferescue.org/
NWR is the only organization in Napa County permitted to rescue, rehabilitate, and release wildlife. They assist orphaned, injured, and sick animals. Their educational outreach includes free wildlife programs in elementary schools, providing 'wild animal ambassadors' to students. Additionally, they offer reasonably priced barn owl box installation for rodent control and cultivate native plants on their properties to enhance local wildlife habitat and food sources.

Their focus is on preserving the bond between pets and owners, offering assistance with spay/neuter costs, behavior/training help, medical support, and necessary resources. REAP also rescues animals with medical challenges or senior pets from shelters, ensuring their final days are spent in a loving home.

They rescue and offer sanctuary to abused horses, educate about horse welfare issues, and provide equine-assisted learning. Through their Horse-in-Need Program, they prioritize calls, offering critical resources like veterinary support, feed, and transport.

Through various programs, including rescue transport and local foster/adoption, they find loving homes for the underdogs in our communities. They endeavor to educate about the crisis of animal overpopulation, the importance of spay/neuter, the impact of kindness to animals starting from early childhood, the importance of pre-need planning for animal care necessitated by death/disability, and the availability of services for companion animal assistance.

They offer compassionate care, sanctuary, and adoption services for small animals in need, providing life-saving care, emotional and monetary support, and crucial welfare resources in our community. They are also the sole shelter in Napa County providing hospice care for cats.
