On March 23, 2024 the virtual seminar was viewed and embraced by 84 people online. The Annual Scales To Success, LLC 5th Annual seminar at Youngstown Community Center 1413 Belmont Ave Youngstown Ohio began at 12 pm.
Success participation included Braids By Angie, LLC who spoke about the experience of being a small business owner who has excelled over the pandemic as a small black owned business! As we work with Braids By Angie LLC we empower her to keep going as she faces both challenges and successes in business.
We were then introduced to Deoxys Landscaping who is an affiliate to the Scales To Success LLC company. As a striving young entrepreneur his goal is to help the community through beautifying corporate appearance and help seniors keep up their lawns. His goal is to get better with each cut!
We also heard from Ms. L.Morris, who is a big part of our production line to help women to become self reliant in the small business sector, internationally. She always lets us know that she will do her best to be a positive support to her local community center.
The baskets won went to Captain Janet Johnson, who has adopted YCC through her daughters of the Eastern Stars and Noble brothers. She felt that the basket was right on time as she "renovated her home office".
The second basket went to Ms. E. B as she is one of the most caring people in the community helping seniors and building her success legacy. This grandmother of 5 should be our example of the power of goal setting! The Christian Dior bag went to one of our young mothers familiar to YCC. B.U. is all about family! With all the struggles that come with parenting. We believe the greatest gift in the 🌍 world is motherhood! Finally, Braids By Angie, LLC won the third basket for being best business of the year 2024 Award!
We thank Sam's club for being part of the luncheon party and providing refreshments. We most highly give thanks to our board members in California for seeing our vision. David Cohen, specifically!!!
The Phoenix Rising was the theme for 2024.
The 2025 Success seminar location will be announced by July 4, 2024. The Phoenix Rising Excels Beyond--will be the theme of 2025.
