ATTENTION VENDORS 🚨

Good morning,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inform you about the upcoming event scheduled for Saturday, May 11th. Unfortunately, I am currently faced with a personal family matter that has happened overnight with my mother n law who is on hospice and that has deemed it necessary to cancel the event. While I can’t go into specifics it’s of an urgent matter.

We are working on rescheduling the event for later on in the month, pending confirmation from the York Expo. I had asked for June 1st. If a new date is confirmed, you will be automatically moved to that date. However, if rescheduling is not possible because we can’t get a reschedule date or you can’t make the reschedule date there are a couple of options available to you.

You may choose to attend any other event on our roster, even if it is a two-day event. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we understand the circumstances are unique and will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your request form.

Please return the form below promptly once you receive it, so we can make the necessary arrangements for you. Rest assured that we will keep you updated on any developments regarding the rescheduled date.

Her wish is to give back to the small business community. Whoever purchased this event depending if you got one or both days will depend on the credit you get to put towards any event on the calendar.
