Growing social media agency looking to hire part-time Executive Assistant (20-30 hours/week).

Set your own schedule! Hybrid workplace. Work from home, our office in Yardley, PA, or wherever you choose. Must live within commuting distance, but you only need to be in the office 1 day a week unless you choose to be there more.
General overview of tasks (not exhaustive):
• Intake of messages our clients receive on social media through the third-party web-based app Agorapulse (very user-friendly)
• Responding to messages and comments on behalf of our clients in a professional, positive manner
• Organizing content / Dropbox folders for other BGC team members
• Monitor email inboxes
• Assist the CEO with general administrative tasks as needed
• Prepare and send invoices to clients; track receipt of payments
• Familiarity with Apple iOS, Dropbox, Google Drive, Gmail, Quickbooks, and similar programs
