A few notes for you:
1 - Yes, I know what today's date is. I messed that up and did not feel like re-recording it.
2 - Yes, we are considering removing the self-service web pay portal. It's clear that not enough of you like it. It is clunky. And it doesn't do what we need it to do.
3 - We are revising our customer payment terms. In short, we will require credit card payments from new customers, and we will charge a 3% credit card fee for those transactions. You who have NET 10 or NET 30 with us may keep that and pay by check, ACH, cash, any legal tender before the grace period expires thus avoiding the credit card fee. However, the next day after the grace period (within reason) any discounts on the project will be removed, and we will run the card with the fee.
So, yeah, that's kind of a big change for us, but it is in line with what we know is happening in our industry elsewhere. We are still working on the implementation of this, so your comments and questions are very much welcomed.
Thanks!

This just in from the Lowing Light & Grip Newsdesk!
We are considering changes to our systems that let you pay us. The web payment portal we have now is... just not reliable enough. Too many of you have had problems with it, and enough of you do not find it convenient enough to use regularly.
What works for you? Tell me.
Thanks!

We here at the mothership are working on various videos for you all. This is my attempt at a Breaking News! bumper. Enjoy. (~SMP)
