Always knowing “these are the days” helps me realize that every bit of it is a gift.
Every bit of our lives and what we make of it will shape our future selves.
Find the beauty, the blessing, the medicine.
Let Gods gift of love, light, and life be the blessing it is meant to be.
Look for the good, the lessons, and the opportunities.
Find true rest and peace in who you are created to be.
Live, abundantly friends ✌🏼🧡
If I told you I’m a 14 year old… you would clearly be able to tell that I was wrong.
If I told you that I’m an airplane, you would begin to thing I was delusional, on drugs, or mentally ill.
Yet, when we have one gender telling us that they are the opposite, because of how they “feel”… we want to make them feel “included and safe” by playing into their sickness.
THIS IS ENABLING A MENTAL DISEASE.
THIS IS NOT HEALTH CARE.
I feel like a woman no matter if I’m climbing in and out of the tractor covered in manure and mud, walking into my office in heels, or at home doing laundry.
Because my interests, tasks, or thoughts do not determine my gender.
How I feel will not change who I am, or who I was created to be. I am a woman, solely because biology says so… because God created me this way… to serve a purpose, as a woman.
He doesn’t make mistakes, although Satan made the biggest one in history… wanting to be something that he was not.
Cheers cowgirls ✌🏼🧡
But really.
Caring for my own health will be vital 💪🏼
Because practices, games, tournaments, horse practice, county fair show prep, fair exhibit prep, and tourist season will require a LOT out of me.
Fortunately, I’ve figured out “the sauce” to enjoying it all and being able to roll with the punches.
We are so thankful for all opportunities available to our children and family as a whole.

Mamas, let your babies grow up to be cowboys ✌🏼🧡
I live in Nebraska because I was born here and couldn’t imagine not having all four seasons to enjoy… but this in between full winter and spring just around the corner is my least favorite.
Nobody knows what the weather will be like… not even the weather man sometimes, and the ground starts to thaw, snow is melting… and thus we have MUD. Lots of mud.
It’s mud season in Nebraska friends ✌🏼🥂
Good morning friends.
Coffee, milk, and maple syrup today. ☕️
Local friends: check out my recent Walmart-Beatrice grocery shopping haul
Reminder: we produce or locally purchase most of our own meat so you won’t see any in this video. But we are not vegetarian 🤪
Raw milk supplies enzymes and carrier proteins to ensure that 100 percent of every nutrient is absorbed. Pasteurization destroys all these important co-factors.
Milk that is processed, pasteurized, evaporated, centrifuged or otherwise tampered in some way, does not offer this miraculous all-in-one source for nutrients.
Milk is a source of complete protein including all twenty of the standard amino acids and all eight of the essential amino acids. About 80 percent of the proteins in milk are in the casein portion of the milk and 20 percent are in the whey fraction. All milk proteins, but especially the whey proteins, are fragile. A recent study found that heat treatment of milk, and even freeze drying denatured the proteins. When fed to rats, the animals developed oxidative damage in plasma, liver and brain tissues.

What are we filling our time with?
What message are we sending to our children when we tell them that we don’t have time for something?
Do we not have the time, or are we prioritizing things in the wrong order?
We need to treasure all these moments that God has given us, mamas!
Our time now is a gift, that is why it is called the present.
