Wylie City Council will hold four public hearings at tonight's (Feb 25) regular meeting.
The hearings will consider:
1) A zoning change from Agricultural District (AG/30) to Single-Family-10 District (SF 10/24) on 59.755 acres for a single-family development at 1755 FM 1378 and 1813 & 2241 McMillen Road (ZC 2024-14).
2) A zoning change from SF-10/24 to Townhouse District (TH) on 5.52 acres at West Brown Street and Sanden Boulevard (ZC 2024-13).
3) A zoning change from Planned Development (PD 22-06) to Commercial Corridor and Commercial Corridor-Special Use Permit for a drive-through restaurant at 2310 and 2320 W. FM 544 (ZC 2024-12).
4) A zoning change from Light Industrial (LI) to Light Industrial-Special Use Permit at 2751 Capital St. for automobile repair use (ZC 2024-15).
The public is encouraged to attend and provide input at the meeting.
