What is the Blue Communion?

What started as an early childhood, idol-like obsession with the music of Michael Jackson, Brandon Kirkpatrick's (AKA Blue Communion) musical journey has twisted and spiraled into every conceivable direction. The musician/promoter/DJ/VJ/producer has had a life-time of experience playing live music in a variety of different bands and with different instruments in the Dallas and Denver local music scenes. This all came to a head when he attended the Middlelands Festival in 2016. The blinding lights, pulsating music of all genres, and the palpable vibe of the crowd ignited a latent passion for dance music and dance music culture, echoing from the after-hours parties in the past and inspiring a whole new path on his journey.
Since then he's applied his raw talent and aptitude to the art of making people dance, and all that entails. The self proclaimed "People's DJ" says he looks to the crowd, the venue, the moment and the vibe to guide the experience.
