Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator with excellent benefits. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing customer orders, responding to quote requests in a timely manner via e-mail or phone, obtaining freight quotes, coordinating with Production Managers for lead times, discussing products and assisting customers with product selection, scheduling and coordinating freight pick ups, maintaining positive relationships with Sales Managers and Production Managers and creating shipping and manufacturing documents such as a B.O.L., S.E.D., and Certificate of Conformance.

Qualifications
Strong background in Inside Sales and Customer Service
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and operating typical office equipment such as a multi-line phone system, Windows 10 or newer and fax machine.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to process orders and prioritize tasks
Experience with CRM software (Salespad)
Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus

Job duties may range from filling extruded aluminum stair nosing shells with proprietary formula, preparing stock for warehouse, and other duties to obtain the high standard Wooster Products is known for in the stair tread/nosing industry.
