We wouldn’t trade this for the world… Sometimes, our dogs slow our lives down, change our plans, and limit our options. Especially when there’s 11 of them and they’re all high needs rescued. You would never guess that Elsa would be our most skittish rescue from appearances alone… As a wolf, husky, malamute mix, she towers over all of our dogs, even our large german shepherd rescue. She intimidates most people she meets because of her size and wolf characteristics, but in truth, she’s the most gentle, timid giant. We always give her lots of hype, love, and praise when she’s brave enough to explore new interactions with people.
