So, here's a request to ALL my friends. Are you a North Carolina-based musician/band/act? If so, are Eugene, Stephanie, and I playing your music on Camel City Radio or on one of our shows? We play "local" (which means ANY music that is based in NC) at least twice every hour, 24 hours a day. If we aren't playing it, it's because we don't have it. We want it. We need it.

If you're NOT an NC-based musical act, but your best friend's uncle's cousin's boss's niece's boyfriend is (or any other scenario where you know NC-based artists), then we want THEIR stuff, too.

There may be some interviews, highlights, etc. in the future for these acts, as well. Not just for Camel City Radio but perhaps for The Less Desirables or one of the other music-based podcasts on The Less Desirables Network.

I am a musician, and I want to take care of my friends and my friends' friends to get the word out about their music.

So, if any of this pertains to you, send (or have your friends send) music via email to [email protected] (Humphrey is our camel's name). If you have 128k MP3s, that's best. If not, we will convert what we need to; not a problem.

Share this if you would, and maybe we'll grow this NC musician database and get some recognition going here.

Oh, and listen to Camel City Radio for FREE on the Camel City Radio app for both iOS and Android devices. Most smart TVs now have the Live365 app, and you can look us up there. And, if you have an Alexa device, say "Alexa, play Camel City." If you say radio, she'll send you somewhere in the phantom zone. Just say "Camel City."
