The remake of THE TOXIC AVENGER will be distributed by Cineverse and released to theaters unrated. Cineverse also distributed the TERRIFIER sequels to theaters without a rating.

Cineverse has announced that 'The Toxic Avenger' reboot, directed by Macon Blair and starring Peter Dinklage, is headed to theaters in 2025.

Eisenberg's film follows two cousins on a Jewish heritage tour of Poland, which includes a stop at the Majdanek death camp. The story draws on his own family history — and his struggle with OCD.
