Spread some Christmas cheer this evening with our Chapter Christmas Party! Thank you to the students who participated in our annual Fresh Country Fruit Sale, Ag Youth for providing gifts to reward the students who sold 25+ items, Mrs. Bone for cooking/providing a delicious nacho bar, and everyone else who helps and supports our program. We appreciate you all!!❤️💚

Yesterday the Radio team competed at State at Sam Houston. Although we didn’t make it to the next round of finals, we are super proud of them! They worked hard and did a great job. Congratulations to the teams that advanced and to the state champions!!

We had the privilege of hanging out with our Texas FFA President Hunter Lawson and 1st Vice President Thomas Barton.
They shared goal setting strategies, self reflection ideas, and leadership building activities (with a bit of healthy competition). Fun was had by all!

Our trip may be coming to an end, but the memories are endless!
We started off our day by going back in time at the National FFA Center and learning about the rich history of the FFA.
Next, we made our way back to the convention center where some of our students met Cody and Erika Archie from Bar 7 Ranch. Cece also won the A&M giveaway!
After we left the convention, we headed north to the Fair Oaks Farm where we had a great time touring their dairy and pig facilities.
Everybody had an amazing time at National Convention, and this was a great way to end it!

We kicked things off today at National Convention by attending the first general session, where we were inspired to fully embrace this year’s theme of Engage! After that, we explored the expo center, discovering all the exciting booths and attended our last workshops!

Later in the day, we continued the fun at a pumpkin patch, corn maze, and bonfire with amazing friends from Central, Crockett, Wells and even made a few new friends all the way from Florida!

It was a day full of learning, laughter, and making meaningful connections with FFA chapters from near and far!
