Make sure to follow their page for upcoming events, like the Silver Sneakers Stability class that is FREE the month of September!

Silver Sneakers Stability is a 30-minute class focusing on balance and agility with the goal of fall prevention. It is done at your own pace and your own skill level with the motto "Practice Makes Permanent!" Do you or someone you know need this class? For the month of September only, Stability is FREE to the public! Whether you do not have Silver Sneakers, a membership, or just want to try it out, September will be taught as a sort of condensed course, with an introduction to your personal risk for a fall, tips and tricks along the way to make sure you're aware of what can impact stability, and enough practice/materials given to encourage practice at home if you can't continue with us after September ends.
Stability is held on Tuesday mornings at 10:15AM and is FREE in September. Join us!
