Allen has been generous with his time each third Friday and we’re grateful.

Byron Eckols State Farm Agency and KWVH salute the February, 2025, State Farm Good Neighbor Program Recipients. Byron Eckols, our State Farm Good Neighbor Program Sponsor, is pictured with our amazing awardees.
Our Good Neighbor is Jennifer Bachman. Jennifer and her husband, Jay, spend their days operating Wimberley Café and Marco’s Italian Restaurant. Jennifer lovingly serves and delivers discounted lunches for WISD Staff each Thursday, as well as first responders and area church teachers. Jen and Jay also support nonprofits like Camp Community, Family4Life, WAG, Mercy Chefs, and many more.
Congratulations to Nonprofit of the Month, the Hill Country Community Band. The band performs free concerts throughout the year and brings together dozens of musicians who love playing music. Pictured is the current president, Pat Ricks. Bravo to Pat and the creative and imaginative Hill Country Committee Band Musicians.
Cheers to KWVH Volunteer of the Month, Tanya Tyler. Tanya serves our community by coordinating local production at KWVH, hosts KWVH’s Wednesday Wake Up Club and Monday evening’s Open the Eye.
