Hi my name is Carmen Cacia. I am the president & founder of Island City Entertainment. I have been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years. I have worked for some of the top hotels, restaurants, boutique wine/tapas bars and elite catering companies all over the east coast. I decided to take my experience and passion for the hospitality business and create my own unique brand Island City Entertainment.

My company started in 2016 and has been growing each year. I employ over 130 team members. As a premium mobile bartending service we not only just bartend and serve. We use the knowledge of our well trained, well rounded hospitality talent to not only just cater off-site. We also specialize in the training, staffing, rebranding and development of current and new concepts and it has been noticed. We were honored and grateful to be noticed by Voyage Miami Magazine and featured in their April 2018 edition as the most inspiring story. We currently work closely with liquor companies and travel the United States assisting in the branding of their product at food and wine festivals across the nation.
