As many around the world prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, I wanted to share a quote from Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the Bahá'í Faith, glorifying the station of Jesus:

'Through Him the l***r recovered from the leprosy of perversity and ignorance. Through Him, the unchaste and wayward were healed. Through His power, born of Almighty God, the eyes of the blind were opened, and the soul of the sinner sanctified.'

As we conclude the Bahá’í month of Qawl(Speech), let's creatively reflect on this quotation from Bahá’u’lláh:

It is clear and evident to thee that all the Prophets are the Temples of the Cause of God, Who have appeared clothed in divers attire. If thou wilt observe with discriminating eyes, thou wilt behold Them all abiding in the same tabernacle, soaring in the same heaven, seated upon the same throne, uttering the same speech, and proclaiming the same Faith. Such is the unity of those Essences of Being, those Luminaries of infinite and immeasurable splendor! Wherefore, should one of these Manifestations of Holiness proclaim saying: “I am the return of all the Prophets,” He, verily, speaketh the truth.

Today Bahais around the world are celebrating the Day of the Covenant, a special occasion in the Bahá’í calendar commemorating the unique station of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá as the Center of Bahá’u’lláh’s Covenant.

On this day, Bahais reflect on the life and mission of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá, who dedicated His entire life to fostering unity, peace, and love among all peoples.

This is a collaborative coloring sheet inspired by His words:

At most the difference between them is that of degree, for the effulgence is one effulgence, the one light emanating from the Sun. This will express the oneness of the world of humanity. "

Every year, Bahais around the world come together to celebrate the Twin Holy Days, two of the most joyous occasions in our calendar. This special time marks the births of two central Figures of the Bahai Faith, the Bab and Baha’u’llah, whose lives and teachings guide us in building a world founded on unity, justice, and love.

Here is the Tablet of the Birth written by Bahaullah. Iam sharing two versions; A non-coloured one to decorate yourself, and one with colour. May this creative resource add onto your celebrations;

Monthly reflection for the concluded month of Izzat (MIght). We are reflecting on this quotation by Bahá'u'lláh.

Every time I lift up mine eyes unto Thy heaven, I call to mind Thy highness and Thy loftiness, and Thine incomparable glory and greatness; and every time I turn my gaze to Thine earth, I am made to recognize the evidences of Thy power and the tokens of Thy bounty. And when I behold the sea, I find that it speaketh to me of Thy majesty, and of the potency of Thy might, and of Thy sovereignty and Thy grandeur. And at whatever time I contemplate the mountains, I am led to discover the ensigns of Thy victory and the standards of Thine omnipotence.

Later today (July 9th) Bahais around the world will be remembering the martyrdom of the Bab, the forerunner of the Bahai Faith. Bahais observe the Holy day with prayers and readings. One of the prayers said on the day is the Tablet of Visitation for the Báb and Baháʼu'lláh. This prayer is used during visits to the Shrine of Baháʼu'lláh and the Báb, and is also used during Baháʼí holy days associated with them.

For the month of Núr (Light), we are creatively reflecting together on this quotation by Abdu’l-Bahá.

"Seek with all your hearts this Heavenly Light, so that you may be enabled to understand the realities, that you may know the secret things of God, that the hidden ways may be made plain before your eyes.
This light may be likened unto a mirror, and as a mirror reflects all that is before it, so this Light shows to the eyes of our spirits all that exists in God’s Kingdom and causes the realities of things to be made visible."
