Motor Sports of Willmar is hiring a Service Writer!

Description
This individual will coordinate and schedule our Service Technician's time while creating and maintaining invoices and repair orders. Communicating with our customers regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling of repairs.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers
• Writing customers’ vehicle problems clearly and accurately
• Inspecting vehicles and recommending any services needed to customers
• Advising customers on the proper care of their vehicle and maintenance schedules according to each manufacturer.
• Closing repair orders and verifying repairs were completed
• Explaining completed work to customers in a clear manner
Hours:
• Mon-Fri 9-5:30
• Sat 8-3 on a rotating basis
Qualifications:
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication and written communication skills
• High school or equivalent education
• Drivers license (motorcycle endorsement preferred)

• Mowing and other yard work

• Running errands
• Making sure the store is clean and stocked with supplies
Qualifications
• Drivers license
• Saturday availability (rotating basis)
• Ability to multi-task and take directions
