“My other friends would’ve sided with me”

Sorry that I’m not the friend that will feed into your delusion đŸ€·đŸŒâ€â™€ïž

And behind someone with horrible trauma is someone else who compares and thinks they had it worse.

I never understood the “friends come and go but family is forever” because I have friends who mean more than family and family that leaves quicker than a friend

A narcissists favorite game to play is called Victim😂

Sometimes you have to realize that you’re not their friend,
You’re just the only person available at the moment.

I don’t owe explanations.
I don’t owe my time for people who don’t do the same in return.
I don’t owe energy into those who don’t give it.
I don’t owe anyone conversations that I don’t want to have.

I put as much energy into you as you put into me. I don’t go out of my way anymore. I don’t put myself aside any longer for those who want me to put myself aside for them.
I’m selfish now. I’ll put myself first and my own mental health first before I ever allow myself to be mistreated or be put on the back burner ever again.

“Normalize giving second chances”

No, normalize creating your own traditions with your own circle of people. You don’t need to give anyone chances after they’ve hurt you. You don’t need to talk to people after they’ve hurt you. You don’t need to forgive those who’ve hurt you. You don’t need to associate with those who’ve hurt you. You don’t need to rekindle or regain connection with those who’ve hurt you. You don’t need to “make up” with those who’ve hurt you.
Bottom line is if they’ve hurt you the first 10 times, it’s a pattern now. They’re going to do it again. Protect yourself. Protect your peace. And don’t feel guilty for it.
A small circle worth a million is better than a million in your circle.

Growing up alone with nobody to count on gives you a whole new perspective on life cause you don’t think about it or realize how messed up it really made you.
You forget you have a dad until you see a dad with his kids in a restaurant
You got the “I can emotionally depend on myself I need nobody” until you seeing a teenage girl crying in her mothers arms filled with comfort n love knowing you don’t know what that’s supposed to feel like
You don’t mind being on your own with no friends because you grew up estranged from everyone until you see photos of everyone’s family gatherings and people having friendsgivings
S**t don’t bother you until you soak in the facts that you wouldn’t be this way if you actually had family.
Life so different when you really take a step back and realize that you are awkward asf, have trouble communicating, don’t like to go out, have mental health issues, struggle with sleep n depression, have attachment problems and abandonment issues and it’s all because what? Your parents were absent, toxic, inconsistent, emotionally unavailable, mentally unstable, etc.

Toxic siblings are sometimes worse than the toxic parents😕

And for the people who hate that im too quiet and distant

Just wait

Im gonna get worseđŸ€ŁđŸ˜‚

And when your kids come to you and tell you that you did something that upset them, you don’t get to decide you didn’t hurt them. It is THEIR feelings, No matter what your intentions were.

Can we normalize not saying things like “holding my babies extra tight” when hearing someone lost a baby. All you’re doing is saying, “I have my baby to hold and you don’t.” Rather than offering support and compassion.

This is gonna hit some nerves but I cannot stand most boy moms and the way they act with their sons.
Stop comparing NORMAL things that ALL moms experience, regardless of gender.
Yes, newborn daughters want you to hold them.
Yes, girls can be just as clingy if not more.
Yes, girls can be attached and just as loving.
“Only boy moms understand” clearly you’re not a mom of both to understand that they are both very similar.
Stop treating your sons like husbands because it starts with, “it’s a different love” and dressing them in “mommy’s new man” onesies before they get their first crush and you become jealous and possessive that you’re “not their lover anymore” it’s WEIRD and I’m tired of everyone acting like it’s normal when it ain’t. Your future daughter in law is gonna end up in those toxic in law support groups one day😮it’s normal to love your sons but it’s not normal to act like you’re in a relationship with them. They aren’t filling in the role of your ex husband who failed at being a husband.

â˜șYou can judge me when you’re perfect❀

01/03/2025

“That’s your mom” “that’s your dad” “you only get one of them”

Yeah and I’m their child and they only get one ME so why is my value less than them?

Everyone has trauma,
Use yours as motivation not an excuse to be a sh!tty person.
