Point Blank CHL Fi****ms Academy is owned by a husband and wife team of instructors and we teach the Texas license to carry class (LTC) formally known as the Texas concealed handgun class (CHL). We also teach the NRA certified instructor course and other basic and advanced classes. We are the instructor training center of Texas.
