Hey friends, I haven’t been seen on here much since Covid. However, I have been working on a new venture for a while. We have started a Family and Veteran owned business doing Aerial Photography and Videography utilizing several different types of drones. We are part of the world’s largest network of drone entrepreneurs, the Sky Eye Network. I am a Certified Sky Eye Flight Instructor for drones as well as an FAA part 107 instructor if anyone is ever looking to get their commercial drone license.

We offer indoor HDR Photo Shoots, Aerial Photography, Videography, and Cinematography for Real Estate. Not to mention Aerial Inspections for construction, roofing, utilities, and agricultural just to name a few. We also have the ability to do search and recovery/rescue for people and pets/animals utilizing thermal drones.

Well we were dethroned today for the annual Spring Fling BBQ competition, but it was fun!! The team did awesome! 2nd for pulled pork, 2nd on appetizer, 3rd on ribs, and 2nd chicken. Only team to place in every category again and dethroned by just 16 points. Started food prep at 2pm, smoking by 8pm on the electric smokers for pork butts, camping(/drinking) out at site, seasoned chicken at 4am, fired up the big boy at 9am for chicken and on smoke by 1030. We timed everything perfect for turn ins. Next year the title will come back!!

Had a great time at the Jefferson Bigfoot Conference yesterday. We loaded up early to drive to our next area to hunt for Bigfoot for the next five days. This area has multiple reports…hopefully we can get something to report. Right now the drive sucks, just glad we got out of our last spot before the storm hit.

It’s been a long time since I was able to reclaim my account from a hacker, but just in time for our annual Bigfoot trip. We are hitting two new spots this time. Love the night views from the hammock!

Had my spots marked for Lake Nocona tournament and had a nice size at one of them. However, I learned not to pedal backwards when the fish goes under the kayak. Spent 2.5 hrs removing my threaded line with only fingernail clippers because I left my knife in the truck. So, it was beer time. Wasn’t a total waste as I did catch a fish, just the wrong type. Lessons learned with a pedal drive.

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted. Been in a slump, but I’ve finally done something people told me I should always do. BBQ competition and I did quite well. 1st in my ribs, 2nd in chicken, and 1st in pulled pork. Needless to say the team took best overall. 50points ahead of the next team.
