We Rocked It!

Midwestern State University’s student media won 45 awards at the annual Texas Intercollegiate Press Association competition in San Marcos in April.

International submissions are also accepted, but a hard copy of the journal will not be mailed to the contributor. Student writers, here's an opportunity for you!

Pulse is still accepting submissions for the upcoming 23-24 edition. The submission window will be open until Dec. 15.

Students are invited to submit creative works such as Poetry, Poetry-in-Translation, Fiction, and Creative Nonfiction, as well as Scholarly Literary Essays.

Excellent depth and creativity. For the next edition, perhaps consider a small note tying together the intriguing cover design with the issue theme or the vision of the editorial team in selecting these pieces.
