Announcing the publication of Sue Crawford Poster's book:
Crawfords' Bakery and More: Recipes from my culinary career
This book is a compilation of her favorite recipes she has worked with in her 50 years in the culinary field. Many recipes are from her career as a bakery/restaurant owner and later as a Pastry Chef for a major catering company in the Detroit area.
The book first started in 1994 when Sue closed her popular bakery and promised employees and customers some recipes. That led to a simple booklet that she gave away. Now after thirty years requests for the recipes continue so Sue now presents the fourth edition, she has added recipes and pictures and comments, showcasing the history of Crawfords' restaurant and bakery.

Producer Tim Wright brought another great group of songwriters to share their talents with us. Phil Henry, Adam McKillip, Jason Mirek and Mike Criscione sang their original songs and stories to an appreciative audience. The next Songwriters Circle will be on April 17 at 7:30pm, Mark your calendar. Join us for Open Mic on Thursday March 6 at 7:00 for another fun time.
