Not me making a new vision board before reflecting on the past year 🫣 so, I didn’t make as much $$$ in my business this year, but I LIVED MORE.

In reflection, last year was a reminder that life is happening all around me, people need me, I need them, and living in the moment is the best way to enjoy life.

I’m grateful for the lessons learned in 2024. I am still proud of the business growth and lessons learned along the way, no matter the numbers.

Less revenue doesn’t mean it was a failure. Slowing down to brainstorm what it needs and where it should be is the key.

Long live authentic moments, pure joy, and gratitude for each day 👏🏽✨🥰

2025 will be good! I say that knowing a few good things coming 😉, but I also say that abstractly — I believe we can choose to think & make it a great year.

I felt it was super appropriate for this time of year. I’m hoping it surges our motivation to seize the moment and chase our dreams 💫

I had some butterflies in my stomach before going up on stage, but being up on stage and for the rest of the weekend, I totally just felt free and relaxed to enjoy explorin the city. no worries about work, business, life

Austin, NYC, Cabo… I’ve been anywhere but here on my feed, sorry! ✈️ Didn’t get a chance to say to you: Happy November. (and the month is already halfway over lol) 🦃🥧🍂

I came back from Cabo last night. On the way home from JFK airport, I felt like I transported into a whole new season. When I left NJ, it was cute fall at 75 degrees. I came back, it was a cold plunge of 38 degrees and Christmas decorations and lights hung around town!!! I feel like now I’m behind putting my Christmas tree up!

I forget how fassssst the end of the year flies by, traveling or not. So with that, I want to savor these moments and allow myself to recognize what I’m thankful for.

It takes work to be thankful (it doesn’t come quick and easy all the time), and I’m on a mission to do that, *especially* in this season of gratitude.

Will you take on this challenge with me??

Hiii September 🎀🏈🍂✨ fall feelings, crisp mornings, back to school, pumpkin things, football games! watching tonight’s nfl game while I take care of some of my small biz checklist to-do’s 🙌🏽 let’s see how this multitasking goes 🤪

The feeling of September is nostalgic as I go into my 7th year of teaching… there’s a certain feel, smell, and memory that I’m reminded of.

Here’s to a new year for some of us & welcoming fall!
