🔸Aspendos Theater, an ancient amphitheater located in Antalya, Türkiye.
The incredibly well preserved structure was built during the Roman Empire in 2nd Century AD. Theater was commissioned by the Roman architect Zenon, during the rule of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, in what was then city of Aspendos.
Theater boasts a seating capacity of around 15,000 spectators, with a well-preserved stage and backdrop. Its design features a horseshoe-shaped orchestra and a towering stage building adorned with intricate reliefs and sculptures.

Sarcophagus of Henutmehyt. Henutmehyt lived in ancient Egypt in the 19th Dynasty (about 1295–1186 BC). The layers of her coffin provide a magnificent idealised image of the dead woman, adorned with her full wig. They would have been placed one inside the other – the outer coffin is on the left, inner coffin in the centre and mummy board (placed directly over the mummified body) on the right. Her gilded inner coffin can be seen today at the British Museum in London, England.

🔸A 2nd-3rd Century AD, Roman Gold ring with an engraved Carnelian gem which depicts a young man giving his dog a tasty snack.
Many Romans loved their dogs and would not only have them depicted in their jewelry but also make graves for them with personal epitaphs.
