// Hey guys, I know it’s late but whoever sees this will see it. This is a small diagram that accurately outlines most of the musical influence Black culture has had on our society over the years. A lot of people have talked about this but I thought this picture really helped create an impactful visualization.

Black Lives Matter today, tomorrow and forever. They matter purely for the heart beating in their chest. I hope none of my followers need to be convinced any further than that. We in Canada are blessed to have such a multi cultural society but that still means we need to continue improving how we perceive and treat each other. POC in our country still bare intentional and unintentional racism every day and that includes our indigenous communities as well. Pay attention, be critical and analytical of how our community leaders address these issues and please continue to educate yourselves on the real history of our country and how systemic racism exists and thrives in our communities today. If you can see this post, the information is right at your finger tips.

Sorry for not posting a lot lately, there’s not a lot going on and money is tight so your boy has been busy getting by. Hope to see everyone soon when this world wide crisis subsides 🌹

A reminder to fellow artists, today is not a day of silence. We spend this day, as we should everyday, discussing and sharing the issues surrounding the glaring racial inequality and injustices taking place in our society. Our brand growth can wait, our itch to release our newest creations can be tamed for there are far, far greater issues at hand. Whether you believe your platform is big or small, we should be using it to help keep everyone informed and educated, even if it may not directly affect you.

Looking through my camera roll and this picture sparked a little emotion last night. I miss the club, I miss my friends, I miss playing in front of hundreds of people each and every week. You really don’t appreciate what you have until it’s gone. Can’t wait to reclaim the blessing of the busy life I use to have.
