Last night's dinner was excellent. Perfectly cooked rack of lambs and mash with the touch asian stir-fried veggies. You know, I feel like its necessary!

The thing about Indonesian food is that we cook the s**t out of them. Either intentionally or accidentally! I mean, you boil or fry the s**t out of potatos, then you mash it, put in some spices and deep fry it again! 🤷‍♀️
Oh, I made a booboo. I was kind of distracted, I accidentally fried them longer than it should be. But, to be honest though, these West Sumatran potato fritters still tasted like heaven!

I hate cleaning after making this bakso (meat balls). I hate it with passion. But, everybody loves this classic Indonesian bakso, that is Indonesian beef balls noodles soup! 🍜

Keeping up with pandemic trend. Lockdown baking extraordinary. Man, if Corona virus doesn't kill you, those biscuits might choke you to death! Better eat it with gravy or with some jam and fresh brewed tea.

To be honest, I dont need much to satisfy my needs for food. All I need is steam rice. And sprouts stir-fry. And some random crackers. Even in a bad hair day!

I always have homemade marinate spices available at home. And, I use that sh*t for everything! I use it for West Sumatran rendang, Indonesians fried chicken, curry or this lamb fried rice! I happened to make acar few days ago which is perfect addition to it. Also, whats nasi goreng without some shrimp crackers?!
