This episode is all about betrayal; and with that comes forgiveness. We all experience it across our lives- whether that’s self betrayal, being on the receiving end of it, or being the one that’s betrayed another. As with most intense emotional events in life, each experience with betrayal comes with a lesson.

After experiencing some pretty heavy betrayals earlier this year, I received some valuable lessons and insights which I share with you on the pod. Through reflection, the letting go process, and using my endless supply of tools, I’ve also learned about the art of forgiveness.

Here’s my Disney 411 update none of you asked for: eclipse season got me equalized.
Nothing is the same- and the change has felt excruciating. Next time I’m existing in the same hemisphere of a solar eclipse, I’m outta here. You’ll likely find me in the nearest cave- but don’t you dare enter my cave….even if I love you. Actually, ESPECIALLY if I love you 😮‍💨🐻⚠️

Here’s a few lessons from this past month that I’ve been wanting to write out n share:

Self improvement without self acceptance leads me to self loathing

Grace periods are essential

Apologizing means I’m acknowledging and validating the impact of my actions. It’s not about right or wrong, power struggles, or my even the intention behind my actions.

When I’m feeling sad, low, and anxious, gratitude is easier than positivity. Actually, positivity can be annoying as f*k when I’m in that place- and that’s ok!

True success for me = maintaining a gentle mind

My family will always be there for me- and love my freaking guts ❤️

🌈🦋 Anyways, I hope you’re either on the other side of this full force celestial attack and that you’re feeling better for it, or that this season has been rainbows and butterflies for you.

Here’s a few hand picked rainbows and butterflies that made me go from 😞🫨🤬😩😒 to 🙂🤭

Been sick as a dawg with my sleepy, angel loaves 🍞💕👼🏼😻

Only took me a week of complaining and doing too much before finally letting myself become one with my couch/bed 🧘🏽‍♀️🙏🏽🥔🛋️🐉
Kind of feeling better too..who would’ve thought rest was the remedy?!

My month off social started with it being hard to stay off and finished with it hard to be on 🤭. Oh, the swinging pendulum! November/December have been full of pretty life changing moments, and I felt like I’d be a sillies to not commemorate them in a square. So here goes!

1. It started with a ceremony
2. They’re best friends now! Arlo is still annoying, but Vira sometimes gives him tongue baths and it’s so stupidly precious to watch 🥹
3. Gracias a la vida, que me ha dado tanto 🤍
(my last drives to school were usually emotional ones 🥺)
4. A very tired, over-studying stoofi
5. 4 words that kept me going and reminded me who tf I am when the insomnia and body aches came in hot during those last few weeks of school (this s**t was no joke!) 🪩🩰🕺🏽
6. Last day of my clinic internship for school!!!
7. Last day on FCIM campus as a student/ last moment with my tree. She’s very good tree- one of the best 🌳❤️
8. Last moment standing with my cohort of homies, class 57 ☯️🐉
9. She a master!! Summa cm laude, baby!! (I had to google what that meant when I read that next to my name on graduation day 🙃hehe )
10. It ended with a ceremony. Viva kambo 🐸❤️
On to new beginnings! 🥂

Stephanie Osborne: health & wellness enthusiast

I’m Stephanie, a NASM certified personal trainer, yoga instructor (RYT 200), assisted stretch therapist, and barre instructor. I also have my B.S. in psychology from Rollins College in Florida, my home state.

I wasn’t too interested in wellness and exercise until my mom forced me to go to my first yoga class. I was 17 and had already decided fitness wasn’t my “thing”. I struggled hard through my first class, but the feeling I felt afterwards- light and connected- always kept me coming back. Since then, I’ve been driven to find that same feeling through all types of movement.

After graduating from university in 2017, I began my journey as a fitness professional teaching barre, a class that combines ballet, yoga, and Pilates with an emphasis on low-impact, muscle-toning sequences. Shortly after, I took up personal training and assisted stretch therapy (which I like to call “the lazy human’s yoga”) so I could learn more about helping people find freedom in their bodies and minds. As a stretch practitioner and yoga instructor, I’ve worked with clients of all ages whose goals range from peak athletic performance to wanting to be able to tie their own shoes again.

Combining these careers has been life changing for both myself and my clients; it’s fired up my passion for helping others improve their quality of life. We all deserve to feel free in our bodies and minds- not trapped.
