The numbers:

$18.8M in cash
2,000+ acres changing hands
From $2,000 lots to $19,000 per acre

The twist? While this ends his Martin County buying spree, he's still active in Palm Beach County... and just sold a parcel there for $79,000 per acre 👀

When Furry Friends rescue ranch was destroyed, the Rooney family stepped up, offering their facility as "Camp Rusty" to these displaced pets.

$80 million Roosevelt High rebuild, Black history museum picking up steam: Palm Beach County School District commits more than half the money but museum depends on $30 million in private donations.

The museum, library and cultural center have been in the planning stages since the high school closed with the graduating Class of 1970. Over the years, three groups interested in preserving the history of the school and the neighborhood sprouted.
