Com join us!!

Join us this Thursday for our monthly Open Jam at Enoch's. We’ll pay tribute to ORBS Treasurer and Founder, Leo Nelson. We are still mourning this tremendous loss as an organization and dear friends of Leo’s. Everyone is invited to join in music and celebration of Leo on Thursday, 12/18, 8-11 PM just as he would’ve wanted.

Before his passing, Leo and the ORBS Board agreed to theme Thursday’s monthly jam around ORBS’ Road to Memphis Challenge winners in preparation for January’s IBC in Memphis. We decided to also include some Christmas tunes during the night and spotlight our local 2025 challenge winners, Toby Traylor (solo/duo category), Doug Duffey and BADD (band category), and our youth showcase act, FSMS Blues Band featuring band members from Sae No More and The Melters.

As always, musicians are welcome to show up, sign in and jam with our full house band, ORBS Allstars. But remember — BLUES AND NOTHIN’ BUT THE BLUES!

I’m honestly humbled and grateful. It was just fun and clapbacks and now we’re here. Witnessing Apex take on a life of its own is soul warming. It’s nice to know that people have capacity for it.
