Avatar 3 is an upcoming American epic science fiction film directed, written, со-produced, and co-edited by James Cameron. Avatar 3 started shooting simultaneously with Avatar: The Way of Water in New Zealand on September 25, 2017; filming completed in late-December 2020, after over three years of shooting.
The film's theatrical release has been subject to eight delays, with the latest occurring on July 23, 2020;[8] it is scheduled for release on December 20, 2024. 🎬 VENOM 3: THE LAST DANCE - THE FIRST TRAILER 🔥

After months of speculation about what the movie's title means for the future, Sony Motion Pictures Group chairman Tom Rothman has confirmed one fear about Venom: The Last Dance. Plot details are currently under wraps for the fifth installment in Sony's Spider-Man Universe, with set photos seemingly indicating that the movie will pick up shortly after Eddie Brock's Spider-Man: No Way Home crossover cameo. The ensemble Venom: The Last Dance cast will see Hardy joined by Juno Temple in an undisclosed lead role, as well as Chiwetel Ejiofor and Clark Backo, with Kelly Marcel, who penned the script for all three movies, making her directorial debut.

During a recent interview with Deadline for the Cannes Film Festival, Rothman opened up about the studio's plans for their various franchises heading into the future. Looking at their Marvel content, in particular, Rothman confirmed that Venom: The Last Dance will be the final movie centered on Tom Hardy's alien vigilante. The Sony exec did, however, assure that the franchise's swan song "is going to be huge."

🎬 THE RAID 3: REBORN (2024) With Iko Uwais & Julie Estelle

Gareth Evans is the writer, director, and editor of the 2011 Indonesian action thriller film titled The Raid. Iko Uwais, who previously collaborated with Evans on the 2009 action movie Merantau, is the film's star. In the movie, an elite group of people, including Rama (played by Uwais), a seasoned team member, are entrusted with breaking into a high-rise building controlled by a vicious drug lord in the Jakarta slums.

Reviews of The Raid, which had its global premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), were favorable. Since distributor Sony Pictures Classics was unable to obtain the rights to the original title, the movie was retitled The Raid: Redemption in the US. This gave Evans the opportunity to plan out further names.

"Ballerina is an upcoming American action thriller film directed by Len Wiseman from a screenplay by Shay Hatten and Emerald Fennell, based on a story by Hatten. It is the first spin-off of the John Wick franchise, and is set between the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum (2019) and John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023). It stars Ana de Armas, Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, Ian McShane, and Keanu Reeves. In the film, ballerina-assassin Rooney (Armas) hunts those who killed her family.
Lionsgate acquired Hatten's spec script for the film in 2017, leading to him contributing to the final screenplay for Parabellum and then serving as the lead writer for Chapter 4. In October 2019, Wiseman was hired as director, with franchise director Chad Stahelski confirmed as a producer by May 2020. Ballerina was officially announced in April 2022, with de Armas confirmed to be replacing Unity Phelan, who portrayed the character in Parabellum, in the lead role; by that November, the rest of the main cast was rounded out. Principal photography began soon after, taking place in Prague. The film is scheduled to be released on June 7, 2024."

World War Z is a 2013 American action horror film directed by Marc Forster, with a screenplay by Matthew Michael Carnahan, Drew Goddard, and Damon Lindelof, from a story by Carnahan and J. Michael Straczynski, based on the 2006 novel of the same name by Max Brooks. The film stars Brad Pitt as Gerry Lane, a former United Nations investigator who travels the world gathering clues to find a way to stop a zombie pandemic.[12] The ensemble supporting cast includes Mireille Enos, Daniella Kertesz, James Badge Dale, Matthew Fox, Ludi Boeken, Fana Mokoena, David Morse, Peter Capaldi, Pierfrancesco Favino, Ruth Negga, and David Andrews.

Pitt's Plan B Entertainment secured the film rights in 2007; Straczynski was approached to write and Forster was approached to direct. In 2009, Carnahan was hired to rewrite the script. Filming began in July 2011 in Malta, on an estimated $125 million budget, before moving to Glasgow in August 2011 and Budapest in October 2011. Originally set for a December 2012 release, the production suffered some setbacks. In June 2012, the film's release date was pushed back, and the crew returned to Budapest for seven weeks of additional shooting. Damon Lindelof was hired to rewrite the third act, but did not have time to finish the script, and Drew Goddard was hired to rewrite it. The reshoots took place between September and October 2012, ballooning the budget to a reported $190 million, although some publications have listed it as high as $269 million.

World War Z premiered in London on June 3, 2013, and was chosen to open the 35th Moscow International Film Festival. The film premiered in New York, and Los Angeles on June 14, 2013, and released everywhere on June 21, 2013, in the United States, in 2D and RealD 3D. The film received positive reviews for Brad Pitt's performance and as a realistic revival of the zombie genre, but received certain criticism for the anti-climax, outdated CGI, and lack of faithfulness to the source material. Regardless, the film was a commercial success, grossing over $540 million against a production budget of $190 million, becoming the highest-grossing zombie film of all time. A sequel was announced shortly after the film's release, but in February 2019 it was cancelled, reportedly due to budget issues.

Double Team is a 1997 action comedy film directed by Hong Kong filmmaker Tsui Hark in his American directorial debut and written by Don Jakoby and Paul Mones. It stars Jean-Claude Van Damme as counterterrorism agent Jack Quinn, who is tasked with bringing an elusive terrorist known as Stavros (Mickey Rourke) to justice. Things get personal when Stavros kidnaps Quinn's pregnant wife after his own lover and her child are killed in an assassination attempt gone wrong. Helping Quinn rescue him is her flamboyant arms dealer, Yaz (Dennis Rodman).

This film received negative reviews and was a box office failure. She was also nominated for and "won" three Golden Raspberry Awards: Worst Supporting Actor (Rodman), Worst New Starlet (Rodman), and Worst Screen Couple (Rodman and Van Damme). After recovering a truckload of plutonium stolen from a US military base in Croatia by independent international terrorist Stavros, counterterrorism agent Jack Paul Quinn retreats to the south of France with Kathryn, his pregnant wife. A government representative tells Quinn that Stavros, Quinn's enemy, has become active again and convinces Quinn to come out of his retirement.

Quinn travels to Antwerp, Belgium, where he is equipped by quirky arms dealer Yaz. Quinn and his team follow Stavros to an amusement park, but Quinn hesitates to shoot Stavros when he sees Stavros meeting his six-year-old son. Stavros takes advantage of Quinn's hesitation and a shootout ensues. Stavros's son dies. Stavros flees to a hospital, pursued by Quinn. Stavros and Quinn fight in the maternity ward, and Quinn is knocked unconscious by an explosion.
