Alright, time for some crazy stuff to be announced! This year at MeggaXP V we are honoring the 30th anniversary of the Weird Al Yankovic cult comedy classic "UHF!" We will be hosting a special 30th anniversary screening of the movie at the end of the convention, and DURING the convention we have a few ridiculous events planned....

including......

BOWLING FOR BURGERS!

That's right, the U-62 classic TV show is going to be alive at MeggaXP V!!! Chef Bernie might not be in attendance, and the lanes might not be real, but you know darn well the FUN is going to be!

We will have several Nintendo Wiis setup with Wii Bowling in the MeggaXP V Gaming Room on the 4th floor! Players with a Meggapass can simply register at the registration booth and be grouped up with up to 3 other players and will bowl 10 frames of Wii Bowling!

All players scores will be recorded and at the end of the event the top 5 players will earn FREE burgers courtesy of the Commonwealth Commerce Center's own Atrium Cafe'!!!!

This is one of the wildest, and possibly dumbest events we've ever done at MeggaXP, but trust us when we say there's more where this came from lol.....

J’Ben is a self-taught artist whose focus is in character, creature, and mecha pencil-art drawings. He discovered his love of art as a child while doodling in the back of the classroom and has been drawing ever since. In addition to his more traditional artwork, he has recently started his D365 Project, with the goal of creating and publishing 365 (or more) doodles throughout the course of 2019. His other interests include role playing games, miniature painting, Lego creations, and writing. He resides in Lansing, Michigan where he works at a local television station and comes home to his wife, son, and two crazy cats.

Can't have a sci-fi setting without some interesting creatures to inhabit the universe.
The following is not currently intended as a playable race, but is still an interesting addition...
The Aracae, a species of arachnid that builds complex city structure out of webs and has developed long range communication by sending bioelectric pulses through special Web formations. They are, for the most part, a peaceful species with no great interest in interstellar travel, however they have somehow managed to build a web-bridge that allows transport from thier world to their smallest and closest moon; which works in part because they don't require oxygen to breath and can handle being in a vacuum for short periods of time.
