I spend a lot of time with motivation speakers and life coaches of all types, and while producing their events or filming their content, I can’t help but absorb a firehose of tips and tricks to better my own life. Among the countless gems and nuggets I’ve learned, one technique has stood out recently, and I’ve shared it with various friends and family already.

In short, the concept is to create a list from 1-100 and to write down your wants and needs in no particular order. The deal is not just to write it down and store it secretly but to share it with others because you never know who and how someone can help you check off things on your list.

This worked instantly when I shared my list with various people.

With that being said, I would like to share the number one goal on my list, which is the “real” Soundville Studios.

Not only will the “real” Soundville Studios have a soundstage studio space, but it will also house multiple edit suites for audio, photo, and video. There will be an event space for medium-sized seminars and conferences, a shared office area for young professionals to achieve their dreams, a summer creative workshop camp for kids, and of course, a giant red tube slide from my office to the main lobby because it’s the best way to make an entrance.

Of course, there is more involved, but that’s enough to share the vision.
