🌱 Local restaurant composting program shows impressive results in waste reduction.

Winton MFG Compost Works is helping NCW restaurants divert food waste and compostable items from landfills. One participating restaurant has cut their landfill waste by over 70% since 2022.

The program accepts food scraps, coffee grounds, shells, meat products, bones, and paper products. Restaurants can easily implement collection systems in prep areas and dishwashing stations.
