Hey y’all, just posting a fresh price list so it’s easy to find.

Here is our price list and please remember everything is always negotiable from payment plans to the
barter system and we do take all major credit cards, cash/checks, PayPal, Venmo, or any other way that is
convenient for you:

Charity events - Free - Always have, always will

Live band light and effects show - Varies per show (locally)

Effects - Lighting, fog, lasers, black lights, whatever you need from your haunted house to your high school dance - this varies depending on your needs.

Music only - $500 - Unlimited hours.

$750 - This is the package you want if you're limited on space. A whole lotta show in a smaller package. Unlimited hours. This is our most popular package.

$1,000 - This light show is no joke. You’ll have a well-lit dance floor with plenty of cool lights and effects.

$1,500 - It’s big. You get every light and effect in the arsenal. If you’re having an open house party, a class reunion, or any other type of party and want to add a lot of energy, this is it. Unlimited hours.

Ceremony Officiation - $100 - Ceremony officiation by one of our two ordained ministers.

Karaoke - $500 or $100 as an add-on to any package

Live Music- $1,500 as an add-on. If you’re considering live music for your event, we work very closely
with a couple of bands and can set you up with what you’re looking for whether it is a small acoustic set or a full band. Let us know and we will make it happen.

Photo Mirror- $1,000 for the booth alone or $750 as an add-on to any package, excluding the music only package. Our newest addition is a state-of-the-art photo booth. This thing is high tech and just all around awesome. A must-have for any event. Ask us for a demo video.

Travel Expenses - $150 for any event more than 2 hours from our location.

Jedi Knighting - $50 Yep, and it’s pretty awesome. You get a Knighting ceremony and one of the coolest certificates I’ve ever seen.

Yard Games: - $100/each Co****le and/or Fowling

For weddings we include ceremony and dinner music at no additional charge. Our shows are always age appropriate with customized playlists for whatever you may need. With some packages we do use a harmless fog, lasers, and strobe
lights, just because it looks really cool.
I think that covers it but if you have something more specific in mind, let us know. We will do our best to
make it happen.

April 1 at Russel Industrial Center in Detroit, and well worth the road trip. Dress up nice, get your picture taken, and go to PROM!! it’s coming quick so not a lot of time to sell tickets. Just let us know how many you want and we’ll get ya set up. Tickets are $75/couple or $50/single.

Alright y’all, I’ve been really excited for this announcement. Once she announces it, we’re going to post it here too. If you don’t know Aubrie Joe Photography, she’s an amazing artist and we love when we get to work alongside her and save people tons of money on their celebrations. Weddings don’t need to be as expensive as they’ve become. This is going to be huge for somebody and we’re excited to be part of it. Keep an eye out for this, you definitely don’t want to miss it.

Hey everyone, I’m here with unfortunate news. We at Live Wires strive to keep our pricing low so everyone can afford to celebrate their event properly. With the rising prices of, well, everything we need to keep running, we unfortunately need to raise our pricing. I believe our new rates will still be competitive and more than fair, please reach out to us with any questions. We’ve struggled with this decision since 2020 and it has finally become a necessity.
That being said, we know we’ve had a lot of people contacting us for quotes and shopping around for their entertainment, so these changes won’t go into effect until July 1,2022. Anything booked before then will get the original rate, after that will be at the new rates.
I truly am sorry we need to do this, it really is something we’ve been trying not to do.
Thank you for your understanding and as always, y’all are the reason we love doing this and couldn’t do it without you.

Break Room Therapy is hosting an event to benefit Kent County MI Toys for Tots this event is open for all ages and the only cost is a unwrapped toy!

Come in and meet Santa, leave him a note in his mail box if you would like and then go meet other costumed characters! This is a COVID safe event as Santa will be sitting behind where the kids will sit for a photo and all characters will be in the rooms and seen thru the windows!

Physical Event Announced:

Great News for . Standup for the Cure is hosting a LIVE Event on September 04, 2021 at Ross Park, Norton Shores. Due to COVID Restrictions the event will look a little different. Expos space is limited and will require formation of a Fundraising Team. We will be providing lunch, drinks and entertainment, beach games all day and a fun 5k Paddle "SEA OF PINK"

We are unable to host the breast cancer and melanoma screening clinic but all funds raised will support the community efforts lead by Hackley Community Care and research initiatives by the Van Andel Institute.

PHYSICAL EVENT IN MICHIGAN:

Great news, our team of Ambassadors and Super Stars in Muskegon, MI are hosting a physical event on September 4, 2021 at Ross Park, Norton Shores. The event will be smaller in scale, but with all the empathy, compassion and Aloha of our huge events. Simply register as usual, join your favorite Muskegon Fundraising Team or create your own. The next step is to RSVP for the Ross Park Event under the "Special Events" Tab. ***Must Register by July 30 to receive jersey in time!

Space will be limited in order to maintain a safe gathering and registration will be required for entry. Although, this will be smaller than our past in-person events, it will still be a festival-style, family-friendly event for paddlers of all levels. We invite you to register and save your spot early. Fundraise with your family, friends, and coworkers and help money to fight Breast Cancer!

Funds raised will benefit Hackley Community Care and the Van Andel Institute.

***After you register for the summer campaign and join your favorite team, Michigan folks planning to attend the September 4th event must RSVP by clicking on the "Muskegon In-person Event" under the Special Event Drop Down Menu

Here’s a couple of pictures during production of our first Jedi Knight certificates for one of four new Knights of the Republic. This is the certificate included with your knighting ceremony. We can also engrave on most materials including leather, glass, ceramic, and stone, as well as custom wood burning. Let us know if you need custom engraving or burning. But how awesome is the acrylic, haha.

Times are tough right now for everyone and it’s these times that we need to support one another. Alright everyone, the dates are set for April 24-26 for our Adopt-A-Highway cleanup and we’ll be looking for volunteers to join us. We’ve got 2 miles of highway to do and more hands make less work for sure. The best I can offer for your help is food and drinks, and a t-shirt while they last. Let me know as soon as possible if you’d like to help so I can make sure we have enough supplies. Thanks so much for helping us keep our highway looking good.

Hey everyone, for anyone that is interested in helping with Adopt-A-Highway this year, here are the pickup dates. I’m not sure which exact days we’ll be going out yet, but with business picking up as it has been, the crew available for cleaning up the highway gets smaller and smaller. Anyone that helps will get food and drink, as well as a Live Wires T-shirt. Just leave us a message if interested, and we’ll have some fun with this. You even get a fun yellow vest. It’s fun.......and yellow. Thank you all so much, we couldn’t do these things without your support.
