Wednesday's Waupaca Proud guest will be Jim Lawrence, retired architect, and Chair of the Rotary Club of Waupaca's International Committee. Jim's involvement in international work includes providing equipment and vocational training in welding in Mexico, helping to build and equip a women's health center in Mexico, and organizing recent delegations from former Tajikistan and Turkmenistan to travel to Waupaca to learn about education technology and rural tourism respectively.
