...Funnel clouds observed in the area...

Funnel clouds have been reported near Medford and Lublin during
the past few minutes. These funnel clouds normally do not touch
the ground. As a result, they rarely do any damage and last only a
few minutes.

However, if you live in west central and central Wisconsin...remain
on the alert and be prepared to move to a place of safety if a
funnel should approach the ground.

Atmospheric conditions over west central and central Wisconsin will
continue to be favorable for the formation of short lived funnels
during the next several hours.

The Campbell Police Department is attempting to locate Leonard Figgins, pictured below. Leonard is wanted for several felony criminal charges stemming from an incident on July 4th. Case #60-24-02005. Leonard is 5'09" 170lbs and may be in a wheelchair or have medical walking boots on both feet. Leonard has ties to the La Crosse, Tomah and Cashton area. Citizens should not attempt to apprehend this individual, as he is considered to be armed and dangerous. Contact the Campbell Police Department at 608-783-1050 if you have any information on Leonard's current wherabouts.
