1 Pound of Ground Pork
3 Whole Water Chestnuts
3-4 Mushrooms (Shiitake or Black)
Pinch of Preserved Turnips
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Dark Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Cornstarch
½ Cup of Water
2 TBSP Oyster Sauce (Optional)
1 Egg (Optional)
