In our new feature, To teach, govern, and sanctify, written by a different bishop each month, we will hear from Pope Francis, who, in preparation for the Church’s 2025 Jubilee Year of Hope, released the Papal Bull titled Spes Non Confundit last May. “To all who read this letter, may hope fill your hearts,” he said. “May the power of hope fill our days, as we await with confidence the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.”
