It takes the pressure off of trying to remember when the last time you posted was, and hoping you’ll remember to post sometime today, because all it takes is a few minutes to schedule stuff and then ✨sha-blam✨ your content will post when you tell it to💁🏼‍♀️

There’s so many reasons why your follower count can go down.
- they’re not vibing with your content anymore
- Instagram cleared out a whole bunch of spammy bot accounts
- some of your followers deactivated their account (for reasons that I’m reasonably sure have nothing to do with you)

With social media it’s hard to not tie your worth to the number of followers, views, likes etc that you get, but it really, truly is not an indicator of your worth as a human being, or your business’ worth🫶🏻
