One of my favorite Minneapolis cafes is 😍 I love their coffee — of course, but I also go for the little shop they have. It's always filled with the cutest ceramics, candles + room sprays, self-care items, and "take-and-bake" style items. Always makes me feel like I have my life together whenever I go in Sundays 😩😂😂

Anyways, last time I went in they were restocking this rosemary marmalade and I thought it'd be FIRE in a mocktail. I was right 💁🏽‍♀️10/10 recommend for those that like big, bold, + complex flavored mocktails.

· 2 heaping bar spoons of rosemary marmalade
· Fresh ginger root — desired amount
· 1 oz of lemon juice
· 2 oz of N/A gin (code: Pilar10)
· 4-6 mint leaves
· Ice
· 6 oz of sparkling water
· Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel

Note — serves 1.

𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:⁣
· In a mixing glass, add marmalade, fresh ginger root — yes, I love a lot of ginger!
· Add the juice from one lemon.

· And mint leaves and muddle well to release flavors.
· Add ice and stir to chill.

Skip the Starbies line, make it at home 🫶🏽

Note — the Starbucks version doesn’t require the addition of cloves + star anise. I just added them for an extra “spiced” vibe 🙃

⁣• 2 cups of water
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 2 whole honeycrisp apples, chopped
• 6 whole cloves
• 2 whole cinnamon sticks
• 1 whole star anise

Note — add equal parts sugar + water if you want a more sweeter syrup.

𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝:⁣
• In a small saucepan, add water and brown sugar.
• Add in apples and spices.
• Bring to a boil and then return to low heat.
• Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
• Remove from heat and allow to cool completely before straining.

Normalize meeting your closest friend(s) in your 30’s.

It’s okay to not have a bunch of friends you’ve known since elementary or having the same BFF you had in high school. It’s okay to normalize seasonal friendships and meeting new people in adulthood.

I like to keep most of my personal life off social media, but I also recognize it’s important to share the beautiful moments you have with the people you love 🥹

So here’s your reminder that you don’t need to have fifty-eleven friends to feel loved! Whether your circle is big or small, I hope we all remember to share more of our celebrations with the folks we spend our lives with 🫶🏽
